Initial ideas

Me and Ciaran have decided to work together on our A2 Media production. We have started to brainstorming ideas on what we could do. After lots of consideration we were tied between whether to do a music video or a short film. We have previous experience shooting an opening sequence so we would be able to use our experience to shoot a music video or short film. However we are both very interested in music and we would like to use our skills to produce something of high quality that we enjoyed producing. We are swaying towards creating a music video as we have watched a wide variety of music videos from different genres including Grime, Hip-hop and Pop. 

As both of us listen to Grime music frequently we have decided this could be the genre for our music video. From our audience research questionnaire at the moment Grime has the most votes for favourite genre, so this is helping us in our decision to make about what genre we could make a music video for.  We want to use a variety of locations with a group of people with the artist performing in the middle, we have also thought about having a story to go with it to. An example of a brilliant grime music video is Dave and AJ Tracey's Thiago Silva.
